(1) If anyone wants to sell the electricity produced in accordance with this Act in lump sum, the Government of Nepal may arrange for it to be included in the national grid.

“(2) Subsection (1) The purchase rate of electricity to be purchased will be as determined by the Electricity Regulatory Commission." (3) When determining the purchase rate of electricity in accordance with sub-section (2), depreciation will be calculated so that the entire investment will be returned in an average of twenty-five years.
